If the user is not satisfied with the quality of the services provided by the Service, they have the right to request a refund for the funds spent on the subscription purchase within 3 days from the moment of purchase.

Exceptions are cases described in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, in which the refund program does not apply.

Multiple refunds are made at the discretion of the Administration.

Details and Timelines

Funds are returned to the same payment details from which the payment was made. If the purchase was paid by a bank card, the funds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.

The refund period can be up to 30 calendar days from the moment the service is disconnected for the user, depending on the chosen payment method.
